We will slowly nurture a greater awareness and acceptance of the core aspects of your identity, allowing you to create a more balanced and fulfilling life. Psychotherapy is a process of self-exploration and discovery that unfolds in the unique space between client and therapist.  The journey to a deeper connection to Self can be difficult.

Pain, trauma, and loss can be challenging and stressful. Often moments of transition are accompanied by:
